About Us

Classy Bird is a small family run Fashion accessories business.

After running a successful retail Fashion accessories shop in Ferndown in Dorset for over 6 years we decided to start Classy Bird, an online shop.

We also host shopping evenings/events to showcase the range of Handbags, Scarves, Pashminas and other Accessories as well as attending local Craft Fairs and the like around the Dorset and Hampshire area. Do you provide International delivery?

 

At this time deliveries are to mainland UK only.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Use the contact form or email us at info@classybird.co.uk to arrange a return.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Sale items are non returnable. For anything else, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. To return your purchase you must inform us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your item must be sealed in the packaging and in a saleable condition. If the item shows signs of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason we will not process your refund. Refunds excluding any initial postage costs will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been processed you will receive a Confirmation email informing you of 'Dispatch' together with your 'Tracking number'

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

We recommend using your 'Tracking number' stated in your Confirmation email

 

What are your delivery options?

Alternatively, collection by appointment is possible.
